08-03-2026Love the device itself but the charger cord is defected I have to wiggle it unplug and plug in again, still have to wiggle prop it up in a certain spot or it won’t charge. Would like new charger with no cost to myself. Please respond ASAP. Thank you!

08-03-2026The vibration comes in very strong 1 second bursts. The frequency is unpredictable and varies from 30-90 second intervals. All the lights work. Missed my window to return. Try another brand.

08-03-2026I simply loved it and saw results from the first use! I've been using it for the second day, but the first day I used it wrong, then I saw that some people had reported that it turns off after a while and that it doesn't vibrate... I thought I had this same problem, but when I took off the protective cover of the LED it vibrated and got hot, and it turns off after 5 minutes which is programmed for the indicated time... after I did everything correctly I was surprised by the excellent result! I highly recommend it, it's wonderful.

08-03-2026My third unit being delivered today. First unit did not work at all, it rattled. Second unit-worked perfectly -for 3 days. Then it would work for less than a minute and shut off. The product does give results-when it works. But I’ll see if this third unit keeps its charge. Spent $10 for over nite delivery since when it works — it works. But when u stop using it, there goes the face……Don’t buy unit over internet. Almost a month and I have not received it. Sent seller proof THREE times that my visa paid for it-they keep requesting proof. Very bad taste in my mouthSince I’ve sent proof 3 times and still no unit.
